The indoor pool was pretty small, but the outdoor pool area was spacious and well-maintained. My kids loved the lazy river and the activities available for them. Check-in took longer than expected due to high traffic, which was a bit frustrating.

I had a fantastic time enjoying the outdoor pool and hot tub, and I appreciated the easy access to the beautiful private beach which was just a short walk away along 5th Avenue; nearby, there were amazing dining options like Bar-B-Que House and Ultimate California Pizza within a few minutes' stroll, perfect for grabbing a quick bite after a day of exploration. The hotel offered a lovely atmosphere complete with daily activities for families, making it a great place for everyone to unwind, but the room cleanliness could be improved as the floor needed some attention upon arrival.

While staff eventually upgraded us, it felt more like a band-aid than a solution. The kids enjoyed the outdoor pool, but those claiming to be heated missed the mark. Some updates and a deep clean are sorely needed.

Unfortunately, the living quarters were outdated and poorly cleaned, with a leaking ceiling that affected us overnight. After voicing our concerns, we received an upgraded suite, but the experience didn't meet expectations. Facilities like the arcade and pools were disappointing. The cleanliness left much to be desired. Improvements are needed to align with the price point.

The first-floor room was a relief after prior requests. Comfortable bed, clean linens, and effective temperature control made for restful nights. The layout resembled a pleasant suburban neighborhood, adding to the comfort. the noise from thin walls was noticeable, especially with slamming doors nearby. A nice-sized balcony provided a peaceful spot, although mosquitos were a nuisance. The indoor pool was heated, perfect for evening swims. Although there was no free breakfast, a 20% coupon offered some savings. The lack of thorough cleaning from previous guests was a bit off-putting but manageable. we appreciated the amenities.

The spa and wellness center was an absolute treat! I loved soaking in the indoor pool and then unwinding in the sauna. The spacious rooms felt like clouds, perfect for my family of 5!

I had the best time of my life at Grand Palms Resort! Upon arrival, I was greeted with kindness and welcomed by extremely friendly staff. the beautiful rooms were equipped with comfortable beds and a washer and dryer. the resort's location was great, with a short drive to the beach and other attractions. the saltwater pool was perfect for sensitive skin and had a kiddie mini water park, making it ideal for families.

The shuttle service provided by the resort was a great convenience, but I did experience some delays in getting a response from the front desk when I needed assistance. my stay at Grand Palms was enjoyable, but there were definitely some areas that could use some attention.

Had a blast during my xmas stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean and nice, feeling like cozy apartments. The upgrade to a spacious 3 bedroom suite was a pleasant surprise. Plus, the suite had a fully equipped kitchen and a washer/dryer, making it super convenient.

We faced some hiccups during our visit. There was a long wait for our room upon arrival, and the constant pressure for a timeshare presentation was a bit annoying.

As low-budget travellers, we were pleasantly surprised by our stay at this resort. The free Wi-Fi in rooms and on-site car park were definitely a bonus. The 24-hour security gave us peace of mind, and the outdoor and indoor swimming pools were a hit with the kids. The air conditioning kept us cool in the South Carolina heat, and the game room provided endless entertainment. The resort's location near Myrtle Beach was perfect for exploring the area.

Only the mix-up with our room reservation and the malfunctioning microwave were minor inconveniences that didn't hinder our overall enjoyment.

The Deluxe room was top-notch with a washing machine/dryer and a small kitchen for cooking. The 24-hour outdoor pool was a blast, and the balcony added a nice touch for chilling out. There's also a pool cafe and a menu of delivery places for quick bites.
